NAND Gate:
Laws: It holds commutative properly but not holds the associative property.
i) Enable input of NAND gate = 1 (but during enable condition, NAND gate behaves as an inverter).
ii) Disable input of NAND gate = 0
NOR Gate:
Laws: It holds commutative properly but not holds the associative property.
i) Enable input of NOR gate = 0 (during enable condition, NOR gate behaves as an inverter)
ii) Disable input of NOR gate = 1
Note: NAND and NOR are called universal gates because from NAND and NOR we can design any basic and exclusive gates (NOT, AND, OR, XOR and XNOR).
