Recursive Relationship
How some entity can play different roles like an employee – a normal employee, maybe supervisor, maybe manager and CEO. So, here we can make relation with some entity.

So, in that case, we make a relationship within the same entity employee but with a different role. One role play as a supervisor and another employee act as a supervisee. We make the relationship between supervisor and supervisee.
Participation of supervisor is partial (0) because every employee is not supervisor and participation of supervisee is partial (0) because every employee is not supervisee, some employee maybe exists in the company who is the highest authority like CEO and no one supervise this employee.
